MY BACKGROUND.

I grew up in Wellington and truly love this city that I call home.

After a long career in commercial interiors, in both contract management and sales, I opened the retail furniture design showroom ‘Apartmento’ in Thorndon specialising in high quality New Zealand made contemporary furniture primarily aimed at the residential sector.

This involved all aspects of setting up and running a business catering to high end clients. The role included consulting with clients to understand their requirements and tailoring a solution to best suit their needs. I have a well-developed eye for design and believe that the devil is always in the detail.

In 2011 after a move to Greytown, I purchased an accommodation business - 'Briarwood Boutique Hotel' - a small operation that needed to be re-energised. I recognised the opportunity to build it up and created what would now be considered one of the finest boutique Qualmark 5-star properties in the lower North Island. I had a very hands-on approach to the business and in doing so built up a strong following and an enviable reputation for the very best in accommodation and service.

I pride myself in offering my clients professional, honest advice. My friendly approach ensures that I relate well to people from all backgrounds. Also, having bought, sold and renovated many properties myself, I certainly understand what people are going through and know how I can help.
